During the past month, the team has been wrapping up designs and development of the mint page for map NFTs. Here’s a sneak peek into what map NFTs will look like once the on-chain generating process is completed.

Important Metrics of Map

• The total Genesis Map supply for the project is a fixed number of 3438. In addition to that, players can mint the General Map NFTs, which cost less start-up capital but produce relatively less utility. The number of General Maps available is 20,628 in the current phase.
• Each map is a flat surface made of 7x7 blocks, obstacles will be randomly generated on the map’s interior.
• On the path of each map, obstacles like traps, lairs, treasure, springs, etc. will be randomly generated.
• A random landscape will be assigned to each map, players won’t see it directly from the mint page, but are able to view the refined map in their game setting.

Different landscapes will be integrated into the map. Examples above are abyss, forest, and void.

• Each map is procedurally generated on the Ethereum blockchain.
• Players can stitch multiple map NFTs to increase maps’ utility and expand their territory.

• Each map will randomly generate 1–3 doors (white blocks) on the sides of the map. The entrance and the exit door will never be on the same side.
• Doors can be one block, three-block, or five blocks wide. Note that consecutive blocks on the same side are considered to be ONE door.

We are currently working on details of weapons, outfits, and many other features for the characters. There will be a reveal of character NFTs in the next few weeks.

ABOUT US

Power Dungeon is a fully on-chain RPG project that allows players to complete maze escapes and gain yields from NFT assets. Players shall experience various gameplay such as stitching dungeon maps, building dungeon territories, getting over various obstacles, and crafting unique equipment in a non-closed dungeon environment setting. All community content will be initiated and constructed by players. We look forward to enhancing community ownership and participation, while enabling players to interact directly from all web3 projects.
